I’ve tried a few different Ashwagandha supplements, but this KSM-66 extract from Double Wood is definitely my favorite so far. Need deep sleep?
I sleep really well when I take two before bedtime. Love ashwaghanda and the way it makes me feel. I’m a hyper-responder & can definitely feel the effects of deep sleep

I pop one not two and noticeable difference in Mr Big Bought a second bottle.. nothing to think about.. cheap, works, no side effects.. more effective than Arginine or Naringen for me
