I bought these to use for the seed trays from this seller, and fit them perfectly. The vents on the top are a nice feature, they are sturdier than the disposable ones I find at my local hardware stores, and they are taller as well, which means they can be used until the plants are much taller.

In my opinion these domes aren’t very sturdy. The plastic is flimsy. I was expecting the same level of sturdiness that their trays offer (which are excellent). A little thicker plastic would make a world of a difference for these domes.

This fits the bootstrap 1020 trays great. Very sturdy.

I doubted if the photo was real with the weight because I have had some pretty flimsey domes. But Bootstrap Farms earned my trust on the last couple of orders with their, top of the line, sturdy 1020 trays made to last. So I paid steep price, and my six year old garden assistant and I commenced to quality testing. After gently setting the 10 pound weight in the center, she ran to get our 5 and 2 pound weights. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the quality product! a few years will tell the UV stabilization. Only 4.5" of plant height to top of dome, a taller option would be nice. I am an avid gardener, and I needed some humility domes for my germination trays. I only had the trays. I have search the internet, and amazon over and over. The ones I found where all way too expensive for just a dome. Then I came across these on amazon and I was excited because of the price and they have a vent too. Don’t not take any of the negative reviews into consideration. I am an avid gardener, and these domes are the best for the price.Plus, another great thing is theses domes are sold from a family owned business!!!! If you are looking for just the domes for your trays, these are it !!!!!!

Really good strong material.But they suffers from the same design flaw, that all the other lids have had for 50 years.It's such a big important flaw, that's so easy to fix, it makes me sick to think they made them this way.The lids fit outside the tray, making condensation pour out onto the heating pads.All they need is to fit them inside or add a small lip to direct the water back in the tray instead of out onto an electric heating pad.I can't believe that I've been complaining about this major flaw, for 50 years yet here it is again, but on a very expensive lid, that is still 50 years behind in it's design. Good lids if you never intend to have condensation, otherwise a useless and dangerous design.

This humidity dome is not really suitable to be expose to Sunlight! Agin a sub-quality product that only Amazon can find and sell, this is why i went from buying often on Amazon to almost nothing. I don't recommand this product at all!! Amazon should force sellers to UNDERLINE clearly the country of origin of the products!!!!

I just wany to say that these humidity domes are the cat's meow! the bees' knees...i am fantastically happy with these. theyre sturdy, professionally vented, and crystal clear! i'll be scooping up more of these for my sideline gardening bis. thank you SO much! see you again.

The only thing I would want changed is to construct the handle on the dome so it is flat and allowed it to be stacked, even if it was only 2-3stack would be beneficial for those of us with limited space. They are strong enough to withstand a small amount of abuse.

Its ok overall, but one of the domes came with the black part that controls the humidity missing.Pricing could be better as well.
