Perfect fiber
My doctor recommended this brand and it really dissolves quickly with a barely there taste, It does not thicken which I love. I only do one scoop so it is gentle for me. I will be sticking with this brand.

Dissolves in cold water !
The glass or cup you’re using must be completely dry then add the product then add cold water and stir...if you add the product and the cup is wet it will clump then when you add the water it won’t mix...tried it this morning hope this helps!
