Très bonnes petites gommes, faciles à prendre et surtout… pas de goût bizarre comme plusieurs suppléments. La saveur canneberge‑raisin est douce, agréable, et ça ne colle pas aux dents. Après quelques jours, j’ai senti mes muscles un peu moins tendus et mon sommeil plus stable. J’aime aussi que ce soit du bisglycinate, donc doux pour l’estomac. On dirait des petites vitamines qui disent : « relax, je m’occupe de toi ». Bref, simple, efficace, et agréable à prendre. J’en reprendrai.

My legs often ached and felt restless when I went to bed. A friend suggested trying this magnesium product out. About six weeks later, I suddenly noticed that my legs no longer bothered me. The predominently grape-flavoured gummy is a nice way to consume this supplement.

I take magnesium in the morning and at night. I take a higher dose capsule of a hard-to-find form of magnesium ITaurate) and then take these gummies at night. These are DELICIOUS! The only problem is that they are very very low dose (20 mg). Oddly, they recommend only taking two per day (I would think you would need to take many more to get a sufficient dosage). If you have children be sure to put these up high and seal tightly (they are really like candy).

I love this product, I use it to help me sleep and it also helps my restless leg syndrome at night. The taste of these gummies are very enjoyable which is a nice bonus to their great health benefits.
