Amazing product, for me it did more than what is advertised. 6kg lean muscle gain 💪 in one month.

So far it seems to work, I recently came off a cycle of PEDs and this has helped me retain all of the muscle I gained, as well as help me maintain it during a calorie deficit. Muscles look fuller, and I’m not sore from working out. Can’t tell if I gained any more muscle tho because I’m on a cut but I’m happy to maintain.

To all that want a serious review of this product then listen up. If you are looking at this product for some massive gains then you're looking to the wrong area again hoping for something that works like PEDS that won't and can't. The only place for massive gains in a short period of time is PEDS but if you are looking for just some slight assistance with holding muscle while on a prep or some recovery help then this could very well be what you are looking for. I used Bio-Gro on my last prep 3/1/17 thru 7/15/17, I went from 224lbs to 188lbs, when I started prepping I was lifting 315 for a set of five at my top weight, when I was 190lbs I was lifting 300lbs for 5 reps, all the weight loss and not much strength loss and anyone will tell you, that is unusual. Us this product as a recovery tool as this is what it seems to be good at, I do feel it played a role with holding my strength even though I'm sure it was not the only factor. If you have the money then I can see this product being worth it but don't expect PED gains from it.

Incredible colostrum! Do your research. Like all supps the guys who are trying to gain and didnt, are absurd and should have gained without the supp. They are just too low with thier calories bar none bottom line. I use this as an incredible standardized colostrum. The lacotferin igg's and fibroblast etc is what I NEEDED TO BULK UP because it holds my stomach and gut together and even repaired SERIOUS INFLAMMATION in my gut and stomach. Has made recovery incredible so far too! Using half a scoop 2 times a day and plan to go up a bit but it's mainly for stomach and gut maintenance. If you dont gain and are claiming you tried gaining just stop writing reviews and instead use a notebook to write what you eat everyday and take a look at it in a month. That's why you didnt gain. Alot of people have such poor digestion this plus probiotics and digestive enzymes would do them really well.

I really didn’t do a ton of research on this product before buying it for the first time around ten years ago based on some salesman’s recommendation at a local nutrition shop. At this point, I know what it does for me. It cuts my recovery time by AT LEAST half, and it noticeably gives me muscle gains in a remarkably short time. I recently started stacking it with kre-alkalyn and have built an incredible amount of muscle mass and basically have no downtime from recovery, with remarkable strength gains. I’d try it at least once if I were you.
