worth for it's price ( kreo make some good product, i used kreo hawk mouse for a year then upgraded to the chimera v2 had no problem or bad history with kreo plus I have kreo chimera v2, hawk , kreo hive 65, kreo surge xb controller all works just fine ) the durability is good, battery life is great, weight is decent, connectivity is great, appearance is good, smoothness is great

Amazing mouse but the grip wasn't so comfortable since my hands are huge

Quality is good, but prone to fingerprints, its just been a week or two, left click is retaining pring and matt finish is turning smooth there, but its really responsive, 12000dpi is practically non usable on a laptop but will work great in big displays, RGBs are really very good but the software has some problems like, if i change is custom settings profile it retain RGBs of old profile so, you have to manually change rgbs cuz they doesnt change with custom profiles,, battery easily lasts 3-4 days with RGB on moderate usage, and mouse is very comfortable and you can custom map all the keys is a plus, and mouse never fully shuts down so you have to click it again to wake it up, as soon as you move the mouse its already awake so, its a good overall mouse i would five 5 stars buti told you to main issues, rest is a win win mouse, you get switches and middle mouse also seems sturdy.... and smell of the box was really good XD

Update: The customer service got back and offered to send a "used" device since that's the only thing they could do since the product was out of warranty. So I'm adding 3 more stars for good customer support even if product is not satisfactory. I guess if within warranty period they will give brand new mouse as replacement. They offer no repair so if you have the skill I think you can repair the mouse on your own. Writing this review after a year. Just after the warranty period ended the middle scroll wheel button is having triple click or quadruple click issue. Would not recommend this product. Contact the support leads to a message saying "Sorry, sir, it;s out of warranty". It's a valid response but it's also convenient for them that the product starts dying right out of warranty Also more recently the cursor just snaps in game or while working, randomly even if the mouse was not moving. Overall disappointing experience after just one year of use.
