This thing is so cool! I use it as part of a portable camp set up, and it (combined with a water pump and a propane heater) lets my camp mates shower as if they were at home. My use case is hugely abusive to the pump, and it seems to be working great. I imagine in a normal home use, it would be very durable. It has 3 inlets, which means it would be easy to orient it to your plumbing needs. I believe it is supposed to work for toilet waste as well, but I haven’t tried that. The inlets seem small, and the design would likely mean the pump wouldn’t operate until its internal tank fills, so I can imagine that use case might be flakey. Also surprising to me is how quiet it is… when I first set it up, I thought it was broken because I couldn’t hear it. (On the other hand, my hearing isn’t that great, so your mileage may vary.)

Great value for the money. I couldn’t find an up flow system to fit in the small space required. For the price and quality you can’t beat it! I have it on a kitchen sink in my basement.

Works as described. Pumps adequate amount for utility sink. Easy to set up. Pumps automatically and has built in backflow valve. My only issue is that pump can is noisier than I expected but overall very good pump for the $ and small size.

This utility pump is perfect for small spaces under a utility sink, it takes all the water from the sink, a washing machine and still has room for a 3rd source and even with all of that, this pump handles the stress and load of all sources without overflow and for the money you can't beat the value and its hardly noticeable from the size and how quiet it is when it kicks on. It also comes with everything needed to connect your sources to it so setup for any experienced handy person should be a breeze.

2nd time installed in guest suite. Lasted 3 months. Oringinal lasted 9 years as gets little use however died with hurricane and without power for 4 weeks. Replaced with same. It died in 6 mos. Bought this in Oct. died 3 1/2 months.

So far so good. It was relatively easy to hook up and I have had no issues for the first 2 weeks. I'm pumping up about 10 feet and about 100 feet across so I was worried about the backflow preventer on it but it works great.

This pump works well, however it made a gaspy suction noise twice every 1.5 minutes. This issue is in the troubleshooting part of the instruction book and says to take the lid off and clean the sensor - well, #1 the pump was brand new so if there was a sensor issue it was from the factory, and #2 3 of us tried to get the lid off and could not get it off. Contacted customer service - super nice people and NO help at all. After 5 days of back and forth including sending a video of the problem they asked if we could find a local "specialist" to fix it. And despite that this issue is in their troubleshooting section of the instructions, their "technicians" didn't know what the problem was. That is ridiculous in and of itself, and - who fixes this type of thing these days, or any small object like this? Anyway, we did return it and are waiting for the same pump hoping we have a different result - the parts we shopped for were all sized for this pump and it was a simple install but in the ceiling - so I don't want to have that process or expense again, so I'll try it one more time and hope I get a pump that expels the water and then is quiet. A gaspy cough every 45 seconds or so will wear out the pump and is super annoying. Hoping for the kind of results people had in the 5 star reviews... fingers crossed.

Genial, funciona de maravilla. Hace un poco de ruido pero como es muy poco tiempo que funciona la bomba no molesta para nada. Tengo el water, la pila de la cocina y un lavabo conectados y el conducto de salida es de 20 m. con muy poco contraflujo. Muy importante, si tienes otro tubo a la salida por ejemplo mediante una T como es mi caso de una ducha, es importante de poner una valvula antirretorno para evitar que la salida de la bomba no va por el otro tubo.

La compramos porque tenemos una lavadora en el trastero y el desagüe está a 1,50m de altura y la lavadora por sí sola no desaguaba bien. Al poner esta bomba, por fin todo funciona con normalidad. La bomba tiene mucha potencia así que recomiendo poner un buen pegamento en los tubos y los anclajes correspondientes para atarlos, de lo contrario saltarán y te mojará toda la estancia. Parfait correspond parfaitement à la description, facile d’installation. Après 15jours d’utilisation je suis totalement satisfaite. J’espère que cette pompe durera dans le temps
