Brand and bioavailability do matter when it comes to curcumin supplements. It was much stronger than my previous one and is clearly far more bioavailable as I noticed a difference in how I felt within a week compared to my previous curcumin supplement, which had no effect that I could ascertain. My knee pain is gone, my back is a little better, my gut health has improved significantly and I just feel better overall and not one headache since I switched. It's an easy-to-swallow capsule and while it's a little more expensive than my previous curcumin supplement it is noticeably more effective. I've been taking it for nearly 60 days now and the difference is absolutely noticeable. Brand and quality do matter and while I might pay a little more for higher quality, I'm throwing my money away on the lesser quality supplements so it's worth it to me to pay a little more to be able to actually feel the difference.

I purchased these Curcumin tablets because they advertise that it helps with inflammation in your joints and boy they were right. Since I have been using the products ( now for a few months) I have not had one incident of swollen joints. Before taking this products my fingers would swell and hurt at the joints for no reason but since starting this product it has not happened again I just ordered my second bottle It has worked wonders for me and has relieved a lot of pain and discomfort from my joints I would highly recommend this product
