I got one for my mom and myself and we love it! It comes with basic features. Such as a pressure control which indicates if you are brushing too hard, you can control the intensity and it also has a battery indicator. This is our first electric toothbrush so having something simple yet effective is what we were aiming for and this sonic care toothbrush has delivered just that! It's very nice, but I feel a little deceived. A little bit of false advertising if you ask me. The case is just a case. It doesn't have thec2 additional toothbrush heads in it, as shown in the pictures. I should have read the lower portion of the details.

Feelings like I’m power washing my teeth (in a good way. Automatic timer for switching between the four quadrants in your mouth so you’re not guessing on time spent. Really helps get behind the teeth, which I have always had a problem with. Holds a good charge.

I bought the Philips Sonicare 4100 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush for my husband, and he really likes it. This model is simple and straightforward—just two speeds, no extra bells and whistles, nothing overly complicated. It just cleans your teeth, which is all he wanted. It's a good design. It also has a good battery life, so he’s not constantly recharging it. Overall, a great choice if you want an effective electric toothbrush without all the fancy features you’ll never use.

I previously had a Sonicare and although it didn't last as long as I would've liked I really care about keeping my teeth cleaned and my gums in good health so I decided to buy another one. I bought this one because it was Amazon's choice, but when I used it I was so disappointed it does not have the same feel as the old one, it doesn't feel like it's even cleaning the teeth, plus the new brush heads are so small it's like a child's toothbrush. Just not happy with it I wish I had sent it back as soon as I got it but I didn't do that so I'm trying to use it but even though I've been using it for quite a while I just don't like it. You might like it but I don't.

Works well. This is my second one. The first lasted several years and still works. The covering over the on/off mechanism finally wore through making turning the device on and off difficult.
