For correct replacement to use with gfi, replace cord with three wire cord , that way you know gfi works properly. Two wire cord still might work but be on the safe side. Use same exact gfi

What, if any, risk to use this 3-prong male plug to replace a2-prong (no ground) gfci male plug?

There is no risk in adding a 3-prong to a 2-prong. What you're doing is connecting hot and neutral, but your 2-prong won't have a ground to attach. I have no idea if the GFCI works properly or not without a ground, but at worst it turns into a normal wall plug. The only risk is when you go from a 3-prong to a 2-prong because you have a ground and aren't using it. Theoretically, your wall panel is a breaker, the GFCI is like an earlier(possibly) lower breaker, that trips before it gets to your wall panel.

Does this unit come with all 4 grommet sizes for 18, 16, 14, & 12awg ?

My pool filter in which this is on is in storage, storage but the end I believe was tapered to fit multiple sizes, only I grommet that I recall
