Can these be worn down or just over the ear?

Mine arrived with what appears to a permanent coiling of the wire just before the earphones, as though they're intended to be worn over-ear. I prefer not to wear them that way. Although the coiling makes that just slightly awkward, it's still quite doable.

Can these be used with an iPhone13?

Of course, but you need a lightning to aux dongle.

Can I use the FD# with an Android phone? Do I need an adapter?

These headphones have a 3.5 mm TRS (phono) analogue audio connector. if your phone does not have a 3.5 mm jack, then you will need an audio adapter (probably USB-C)
