Screw is not properly tightening with the tap. Thinking to return

It came with multiple metal adaptors so that it can fit in 4 types tap. Good product. I didn't check on the filtration quality. Hope it is good

When they have delivered first time, I received poor quality product which was bit dirty with scratch, the accessories or connectors were of plastic however when I received replaced product it was good in quality the connectors were of stainless quality steel and every thing was good. I could expect it has contributed to reduce hair fall and can feel the difference in water quality, I used it in bangalore.

Product is good however it doesn’t fits the tap for the usual Indian taps are made. And there were no help provided from Amazon as Amazon is least bothered to even return the product i complained for about 2 months and ended giving up. Amazon is the worst platform to order any product i must say. No easy return or refund followed by them.

We have been using this product for 1 year. And filters also available easily for changing. Hair loss came down and Hardening of water also reduced. Easy to install and easy to replace filter too

Not worth the price but the only option. Difficult to spend this amount every 6 months.
