This means it is great for anyone who has elevated blood pressure or diagnosed high blood pressure. I have found, however, that there's a certain way you have to eat it to maintain the cinnamon sweet flavor and to keep it from getting soggy. You can't just pour it in a bowl and pour milk over it. Well, you can do that but you would get a soggy, bland bowl of cereal. Instead, you should get yourself one of the cereal bowls that has a divider so that you can have the cereal on one side and the milk on the other side. As you eat it, put two pieces of cereal into the milk and then take them out one by one and eat them. Then put two more pieces of cereal into the milk and then take them out and eat them. That is the way to keep the cinnamon sweetness that's on the cereal for your taste buds and to keep the cereal crunchy rather than getting very soggy. Put differently, you only want pieces of cereal sitting in the milk for just a few seconds before you eat them otherwise the flavor of the cereal evaporates into the milk and the cereal pieces get very soggy. The cereal also has a good amount of fiber and protein. While it has some sugar, the sugar content is not as bad as a lot of other breakfast cereals. I very highly recommend this cereal for anyone who is trying to keep their sodium levels low to maintain their blood pressure.

I love this cereal. It’s whole wheat and just the right amount of sweet and cinnamon. It doesn’t turn soggy in milk. I think it’s great value for the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My favorite breakfast cereal!

My all time favorite breakfast cereal from Kashi. I used to buy it at Walmart but most times it was sold out. They always place it in the bottom shelf and there's been more than one time when the front boxes are sold out the last one or two are way back and unreachable. So I decided to order from Amazon and have the boxes shipped to my door. Easy pleasy. My order is supposed to get here today. 😊 Kashi Cinnamon wheat biscuits are delicious and a good healthy alternative. I top it with dried cranberries, some walnut pieces, shredded coconut (I like the taste and texture), raw cacao, and organic super food blend powder for even more healthy benefits. Add milk, and a squirt of Pyure Stevia sweetener and it's a good healthy breakfast that's great for digestion.
