I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍

Works amazingly well!I take 1 pill 20 min before each meal and it helps me keep my appetite under control. I have so far lost 2lbs in under a week!Full diaclosure; I also take a daily multivitamin, along with other supplements like fish oil gummies, psyllium husk fiber, essential amino acids etc b/c I am a picky eater (due to autism) so I make sure the majority of my nutritional needs are met using supplements. That helps in keeping me from binge eating, but my weight stayed the same and I still had struggles with hunger.I added this to my arsenal and I'm not eating at night anymore and I'm making better food choices.I highly recommend however- although this was the final missing puzzle piece for me, your mileage may vary.
