These are absolutely amazing, the flavours are great, not keen on Guava one though but coconut and strawberry/lime are a favourite, just ordered my second lot of 30 sachets. Gives me the boost I need and drink alot more water than I use to. Thank you 😊

Definitely drinking more water with these, however i tried the boost sachet first and found no results. Flavour is okay, slightly mild for my liking even with less than 700ml of water, and the cherry flavour is a little pasty but after a few sips I didn't notice it anymore. Overall I'd say these are good if you want to drink more water but energy wise it has had no effect.
