Can I make it as a beginner?

Yes, my daughter and I don't have any experience with diy lip gloss and this was our first time doing this. It comes with instructions and it is not difficult to make. It is good for beginners.

There're 10 empty lip gloss tubes. We did multi-color with different scents which mixed with different sequins! This diy lip gloss kit was so much fun that my daughter asked me to buy another set!
