Love it. It lasts so much longer than the battery that came with it

This larger—sized battery is heavy, maybe 35lbs, but it works! We’ve been using it for several weeks now and it has not ever run out. (We do charge it every week or so).

The original shipment was delivered quickly, but after charging the unit did not perform well, dropping the charge quickly. Left a message with the distributor who contacted me the same day. Within a week a replacement came with a return label for the original unit. The second unit worked as promised.

Much larger than the original, haven't tested how far it gets.

Expensive, but a necessary thing

No place on the article page or description does it state that this battery pack is non returnable. Turns out that the charger was bad not the battery pack - tried to return but Amazon said that it is non-returnable. I am stuck with a $330 item that I can not use.

Purchased to upgrade for our Disneyland trips. I’m able to go the full day at Disneyland without needing a charge. I do charge it after every use and once a week when not in use to maintain the battery. So far, so good!

I killed my 12Ah batteries by over heating them going past their range without allowing them to cool. I replaced them with 18Ah to extend their range (& learned my lesson about allowing them to cool down) My review is about How EASY the battery packs were to switch out... it literally took less than 3 minutes. Just tugged the old pack off its Velcro fasteners and set the new larger pack in place and pressed down. I'd added an ASURION 2 Year Personal Care Protection Plan ($300 - $349.99) for $32.00 (just in case) ...let's hope I never need it...
