Replacement for Honda GL1100 Starter Solenoid Relay for GL1200 Goldwing Interstate 1200 1984 1985 1986 1987

[update] The fuse holder is so poorly made that it MELTED. The fuse had such a poor connection to the prongs of the solenoid that it fused the fuse to my wiring harness. I had to cut off the melted fuse and shunt the fuse holder just to get home. (note: i carry spare fuses, but the fuse holder had become one with the fuse...)This starter solenoid is not weather resistant. It only lasted 2 months in my 1987 GL1200, before it it rusted internally and stopped working entirely. If you do buy it, consider a layer of waterproofing around the terminals and where the metal housing attaches to the plastic top.

Decent replacement and I gotta say put a better fuse in. The one that came with it melted otherwise has been working as it should for the last 4 months.

It lasted a little over a month, but for the price that's normal. It'll be a good backup for when another goes out

Received product. And installed. Then the wiring harness burned. This is in part due to the lack of installation instructions.

The Solenoid was used on my GL1500 95.
