These little guys are great. I work in sports broadcasting and often times have two female threads that need to have this added to them to connect equipment together. Works great. Love that the ring to tighten them has a texture so tools can easily grab them.

I can remember when everything was 1/4"-20, but the 3/8"-16 connection is much stronger, so enter the problem of making 1/4" connections work with 3/8" fittings. It's like an insurance policy to have at least a few of these on hand for resolving those connection problems, because you never know when you'll need one. They don't come off very easily once tightened on a 1/4" thread, but for items like an older tripod a little super glue keeps it there permanently.

I have a Solar powered motion security camera that I wanted to secure with magnets to allow for easy angle adjustments for the solar panel to capture the sun and for the camera to capture what it needed to capture. I bought the bulk pack because it was only 2 dollars more than a single pack. I have plenty of different cameras and go-pro adapters that use these too, so win-win. Anyway, it worked perfectly for what I needed it for.

Not a complaint, these are threaded decently. And do what I need them to do. Just wish the middle was a little wider, but overall, good buy.

These are great build quality and allow for easy adjustment capability. The use of these are really simple and easy to use. The size is perfect and very versatile for what you need.

These little male to male 1/4" adapters are perfect for mixing and matching accessories - tripod to action cam mount or iSUPs with built in to female mounts for example. They are simple to screw in and secure, hold well and feel high quality, worth adding to your kit.
