This is a perfect weighted blanket that helps a night night sleep.

My daughter isn’t autistic but is gifted and this blanket is very loved. It’s heavy enough that it “grounds” her and has helped improve the amount of sleep she gets at night. All around soothing for her (she even refused to leave it at home when we went on vacation 5 states away!). Best.Purchase.Ever

I love this blanket. It's almost as good as being held all night long. There's a learning curve, ya gotta get used to how to move under it, but that got settled after a few nights. My housekeeper doesn't complain about it when she makes the bed, and she'd tell me if she disliked it. A great buy at a really good cost.

I love this weighted blanket! I thought it wasn't heavey enough for me. I folded it and it made it heavier, yet easier to cope with. It is soft and I love the color. I am not usually fond of pink. I live that it's breathable material. It helps my anxiety a bit.
