Tangle Creamy Mushroom Linguine Truffle and Shiitake Flavor Savory Non-Spicy Sauce Air Dried Noodle Easy Cook Pasta 3.63 oz (Pack of 4)

I was kinda skeptical about the name and to be truthful, I thought I was going to be disappointed with this mushroom linguine and shiitake flavor bag of oh so many different adjectives to bite into. But, it turned out to be very, very good. I did feel obligated to add a small can of Scrooms to the already crowded gastronomical menagerie, but only because the tiny bag of freeze dried mushrooms just did not seem like they would please my palette as a mucho gusto kind of addition. I think I was right cuz dem mushrooms polished up what was already pretty goll dang good!

These are the best, creamy sauce and great taste. New fav of noodles.

They taste pretty good. A little pricey in my opinion for what you get.

Nice and Tasty. But I would like a few more mushroom pieces so I will be adding some of my dehydrated mushrooms to it next time and maybe a bit of my powdered mushrooms. Very easy to make. Quick and Easy. OH, and packages are labeled nicely!!!

At first I was excited to try this product, however was quickly disappointed by the taste and aroma from the “pasta”. The noodles did not go well with the sauce as they quickly fell apart in my mouth. Also, there were too little mushroom pieces. The cooking directions instructed to put 1 1/3 cups of water but ended up being too watery. The instructions need some work… It also doesn’t help that they warn customers of the potential cancer and reproductive harm that it can cause.

I was hoping that this would be like home made Lo Mein but it wasn't. It comes from South Korea. It's better than ramen but not by much. It's a thicker, long noodle which you boil in a cup of water (in your own small pan) for 4 minutes and put in 3 different flavor packets. Packet one is called flakes, which I believe are dried mushroom bits and go in with the boiling noodles. Packet two appears to be a liquid brown sauce which might be some kind of oyster or hoisin sauce. Packet three is either flour or cornstarch, which is a thickening agent. These are guesses because there are no ingredients listed on the packets. Packets two and three are added after removing the pasta from the boiling water. This was a four pack so I'm going to try some additions from the supermarket on the remaining three packs.. Adding some real mushrooms and some teriyaki sauce. I might pick up a can of cream of mushroom of Campbell's soup and put a small amount in. It's interesting that Amazon does not carry this same product in microwavable bowls which some Aldi's do carry. The amount of dried pasta noodles supplied looks small but since it plumps up it's enough for a one person serving. Another reviewer noticed the cancer warning on the pack but apparently is only to warn Californians. The rest of us are somewhat expendable. I won't order this again.

A great soup let alone mushroom soup. Very full flavored and just all around good.

Pros: good mushroom flavor, has actual pieces of dried mushrooms Neutral: pasta texture - not great, not terrible, definitely edible Cons: sauce (when mixed exactly as directed) is extremely watery, has a weird seasoning/aftertaste (not mushroom) & is very salty. There is an underlying flavor to the sauce that I find slightly familiar and rather unpleasant. It is probably the same thing that is in the envelopes of instant pasta sauce that I ate as a kid. Not something I had ever hoped to experience again. Since I still have 3 packages left, I’ll probably just use the noodles for my toddler and skip the sauce powders.
