安くて丈夫で良い商品です オリンピックシャフトなら問題ないと思います

他の方のレビューで、28mm穴がバリがひどくて入らないと見ていたので、ヤスリがけ覚悟で購入しましたが、バリは特に見当たらず、アイロテックの28mmシャフトがピッタリハマりました。良い個体を掴めたということでしょうか。早速ハーフラックに取り付け60kgでTバーロウをして背中が筋肉痛になりました。サイドレイズもこれを使って行ったら軌道が安定して三角筋中部に負荷が乗せやすかったです。

以前は他社のプレートインサートタイプを使っていましたが、根元が浮いて不安定なのが不満で買い替えました。 ホントは黒が欲しかったですがタイムセールで赤が安かったので購入。 ラックの下に挟み込んで安定感はGoodです。 ただ、シャフト固定が直接ボルト固定なので、スリーブに傷が付くのが残念なので対策を考え中です。

28mmの方はシャフトのサイズがぴったしでしたがぴったりすぎて抜くときは少し苦労します。シリコンスプレー等で少し滑りをよくするといいかもしれません。 が0mmの方はパイプの径が大きく結構ガバガバでした。間に何か噛ませないとパイプの中でバーベルが動きバーベルを痛めそうだなと感じました。

Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut und um sich mit dem Landmine Training anzufangen perfekt. Wie lange es diese Landmine hält, weiß ich nicht, sie wirkt aber robust.
