Good product by poor installation service
Good product, but not very strong compared to others in the market. But it is good for home use However I have taken the free offer for installation but those who delivered had no idea about the installation. Two of them are just installing it using just the nuts but no washers were used. When I noticed I had to ask them to leave and I have installed it myself. Do not use this installation service it is crab

The cross trainer arrived with a small part missing, but after contacting the supplier directly a replacement part was despatched very quickly and without fuss. The cross trainer is good and working well.
