amika un.done volume & matte texture spray

I absolutely love this product! I am letting my hair grow and my former product was too heavy and sticky! This adds volume and my hair stays soft! The smell is AMAZING! To help, my hair is about chin length and I have a million layers. I think this product will be a huge help in growing out my layers without losing my mind! LOVE IT!

I have fine, short mostly-grey hair and I have used many products to give it a little texture, with the best being salt sprays. This is easier, leaves no residue, and absolutely gives my hair texture to enhance the choppy layers. It also does NOT have an annoying scent! I blow my hair and then spray the un.done spray under my layers, mess it up a little with my hands, and then go. It lasts all day, most days. Fantastic!

Works well to give my flat hair some volume on top without teasing. I sprayed it too close the first time and ended up with stiff hair in the back. Learning curve haha. It doesn’t make my hair oily and the scent is mild. I like it and will order it again.

I came across this volume & texture spray when my hair dresser used it on me a few years ago. I loved that it didn't have a strong smell and I liked how it felt on my hair - not sticky or stiff. I wear my hair longer and usually in a beach wave fashion. It gives me a lil boost at the roots and volume around the middle to keep me from having "flat hair." I found it here on Amazon and purchased it for $25 (at the time). Now I'll be honest that the price gave me pause - I think that's pricey for 5.3oz of aerosol. But, I was now a fan of the spray and I wanted to have some at home. I don't use much and not every day so it lasted me a while. I purchased a couple more times at the $25 price. Then, the price went up to $29. I tolerated the price tag at $25, but hitting over $30 with tax was a line for me. So I quit buying it. (Side note: I do not recommend Kristen Ess Beach Wave hairspray from Target as an alternative - too stiff, bad smell, hard-to-push nozzle). I recently re-purchased the spray when I saw it for under $25 on Prime Days this summer. Moving forward, I'll buy if I can find for $25 or under and just go without when the price stays higher. So, yes the product is good. Yes, I'd recommend it if you're looking to just give your hair a little umph, a light boost. Keep in mind though it's not a hairspray. It's not meant as a hold-my-look-in-place-without-moving-all-day kind of spray. If that's your end goal, you'd likely be disappointed in this product. If you were a teen girl in the 90s, Rave No. 4 this is not. But is it worth $29? Well ... maybe not. Use your discretion I guess. I'd suggest trying to find cheaper elsewhere or stalk Prime Days or holiday deals. A too high of price price sets the bar kinda high for what the spray actually does.

Great product, but it is in a very small can. Should be cheaper.

Very difficult to spray until you can figure out how to push the top. Don't see how it really helps with styling. Fragrance is over powering.

This product adds the perfect amount of texture to fine straight hair, not sticky, not too heavy. Smells great,too.

This has become my favorite texture spray! It works great and has no stickiness. It holds my soft curls perfectly. I love amika products and this is one of my favorites!

Really small bottle! More like a trail size. Complete waste of money. I couldn’t believe how tiny this container is for the price!

I was only able to use this product 4 times until it was empty. It also didnt work as well as I thought it would considering the price. Usually I am a big fan of this brand, but not of this product unfortunately
