What a fantastic product! The aroma is amazing, and great tasing. The color is bright and completely fresh, I use it in many of my cooking and baking. I love The Spice Way company! Their spices are so fresh and potent. This ginger is amazing. I use it to make my morning concoction of ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper with warm lemon water and honey to keep my gut moving. It also gives me a gentle yet effective pick-me-up without caffeine.

Tastes good in lemonade, gingerbread and anywhere else you use cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom. Good for inflammation and sore throat.

This was great for the cost, but for the life of me, I can’t remember why I’m taking it. Lol. I put a teaspoon full of it in my smoothies and you can’t taste it.

Strong, fresh, pungent powder. Excellent quality and a good price.
