The pre-poo is really your first line of defense in terms of moisture retention. When you pre-poo your hair, you essentially allow a nourishing oil or conditioner to penetrate your hair before you even wash it. When oil and moisture (water) penetrate the cortex, less is stripped in the cleansing process. Simply finger part your hair into 4 sections, and grab a spray bottle with water. Take your first section of hair, spritz it with water, and add a generous amount of tgin Triple Moisture Replenishing Conditioner to the hair. Work it through gently from ends to root, finger detangling as you go. Add more water as necessary. Once the section is fully coated in conditioner and detangled, twist it up. I ordered the product on a Thursday and it arrived same day (bonus!).
