Can the PC version of GTA V be activated on Steam?

Can the PC version of this be activated on Steam? I ask because the digital Download is $59.99 and says Steam, while this $39.99 version does not.

Will it be shipped out on DVDs or Blu-ray discs?

Seven DVD's, and probably a Steam activation code. So you have a choice...install seven DVD's one at at time, or wait 10-30 hours for a 65 GB install.

Does this come with the PRE-ORDER $1,000,000 in game money ? Like the other stores offer.

I just saw this on Rockstar's blog, looks like the answer might be no."To clarify for @justwhut and others asking, the free bonus game and the extra GTA$300K via Rockstar Warehouse is only available for everyone who pre-orders the digital download of GTAV for PC (until February 1st). Muy buen juego la versión para PC con los mejores detalles en gráficos, sólo prepárense para un buen par de horas de instalación (despues de instalar los 7 dvd aún hay que descargar al rededor de 12 GB más... No sé si fueron actualizaciónes ya que no es muy claro al momento de abrir el Rockstar social club). Tengo un buen PC (excede las recomendaciones) y aún así hay momentos en los que existen bajas de frames de hasta 20 fps aún no logro identificar si es alguna configuración o qué? ya que tengo los últimos drivers para mi tarjeta gráfica Sobre el envío o se bueno pero lo hacen mediante sobre no en caja, el empaque de los discos se maltrata un poco pero ninguno llegó suelto.

Runs Choppy - Update - Greatly Improved After PC Updated

Love the game, what I have been able to see of it. Even though I exceed minimum system requirements, it runs choppy when I move around in the game at a speed faster than walking. I have an Intel i5 that runs at 2.67GHz, a 1792MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275, and 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz for memory. I know that the graphics card and ram do not meet recommended specs but they do meet or exceed minimum specs so I would expect that if I set the graphics to the lowest settings, it should run smoothly. It runs so choppy in high graphic areas like the city that I quit using it. I am going to add 8 GB more ram and see how it works. After that I will meet all of the recommended specs except for the graphics card which still exceeds the minimum specs. In addition to that, the game occasionally freezes up on me while I am moving. I tried to take a subway ride and it froze on me every time. It looks like the game is great, and I love the large map and game play using different characters but the poor video performance really spoils it for me. If additional ram improves the performance, I'll upgrade my 2 star rating. UPDATE - I replaced my 4 GB of memory with 8 GB of Crucial Memory. Vast improvement. The game now runs great. No lag time and the graphics are fantastic. The game is great and I can now give it a 5 star rating.
