I found these sheets to be great at quickly streamlining thought and distraction, to quickly pinpoint the most important task and prioritize that then visually see what to focus on in chunks of time, this is very helpful if you get easily distracted mentally bouncing from task to task. write it out and force yourself to prioritize, then focus one at a time

This 10” x 7” Time Blocks Notepad seems to be a very useful time management tool, with 3 major sections: “Top 3” priorities, “Notes”, and Time Block section. I especially like the Notes section, which gives me ample room to jot down ideas or “to do’s” before I even know which block of time would fit best. The 50-page notepad has ample space for writing, and you get to assign the date yourself. The recycled paper is thick, white, and smooth (100 GSM). I do believe this is helping me already better utilize my time and be more productive. I only wish it were in “standard time” such as listing 3:00 pm, rather than military time or 15:00. The extra “Welcome Please Come In/Please Do Not Disturb” sign is terrific. When I traveled last year, I learned that many hotels tend to not give clients these types of formal signs anymore. I recall scrawling out my own similar handmade sign on scrap paper last year to get some peace and quiet. I am happy to have this time management tool, in addition to this neat sign, as well.

This time blocking planner pad is perfect for those who like to schedule out their day in detail. It comes with 30-minute time blocks, a top three priorities section and a gridded notes section, as well as a door hanger with "available" and "do not disturb" sides, all of which is made with high quality paper and materials. People who have ADHD would find it particularly useful as a tool for managing their daily tasks. I got it for my husband who juggles multiple client workloads throughout the day to ensure he doesn't experience "hour loss" when he gets in the zone on a project. He thinks he's going to sit down to work on something for an hour and the next thing he knows 4 hour have past. I've tried gifting him several other types of time organization tools in the past including time management software - I think the simplicity of this pad is what makes it so appealing to him. It doesn't eat up more of his time to update. He makes his plan in the morning in five minutes and it's on his physical desktop throughout the day to keep him on track. If this sounds like something you could benefit from, give it a go. It is reasonably priced at $10.
