I was going to return it as it’s advertised as 400g it actually weighs 600g. But for a dual voltage at 600g it’s still lighter than others so I decided to keep it. It looks quite neat. A carry bag for keeping it in for travel would have been nice. I haven’t tried it yet as it was to use on my holiday

Arrived quickly, ready to steam my son’s suits before a cruise. Works well, heats up quickly and got with off creases from a new folded shirts and a suit. I’m definitely taking it in my suitcase from now on as it’s a good small size

I’m really truly impressed with this, I thought it wouldn’t be any good and I be sending it back 🫣 I had to try it out straight away and It’s brilliant, heats up within seconds, it’s lightweight and it was delivered same day. Definitely putting it in my suitcase for my jollies….. Theres only one thing I wish it had came with a storage bag, but still 10 out of 10 for me 👍🏻

Purchased to rage away on holiday. It’s not heavy, but not too light either. Very easy to use and handy to see the water level, which evaporates quite quickly - so be mindful. Gets the minor creases out with ease

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

After a year or so of having my original steamer, an interior screw or something came loose and inhibited the function of the item. I had loved using it and was quite sad it had stopped working properly. The customer service team at Jack & Rose worked very quickly to resolve my issue and provide replacement which was within their 2 year warranty. My replacement steamer is the same top notch quality, portability, speed and power as the first and I love it just as much as my original. The brand offers probably the best portable steamer on the market, with the unique functionality of steamer & iron, rotating head, packability, and international usage. The packaging is top tier and provides a satisfying and secure experience receiving the product. The amount of water it holds is substantial for a solid steaming session, but it’s easy to refill too if you need more water/time. If you are careful not to directly touch the metal plate or steam towards yourself, the rest of the steamer handle etc is safe and should never cause burns with proper use. I would recommend for the quality (I think my interior screw was a fluke flaw) and for the customer service and speed of reply and follow up care. I plan to keep using this brand for the rest of my life, realistically! I reached out to the manufacturer through warranty assistance and received a quick response within 24 hours with a solution/assistance. [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 👉 Found this steamer to be just the right size to pack in my travel bag. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!

Questo prodotto in particolare è un sistema di stiratura da viaggio per poter stirare ovunque ci sia una presa di corrente. Il prodotto arriva in una confezione di cartone rigido molto elegante e raffinata che cerca di distinguersi dalla media. La confezione è tutta nera con scritto al centro Jack & Rose di colore fucsia, come a dire "sai bene cosa c'è qua dentro" ! In effetti aprendo la confezione sembra di aprire i prodotti della mela morsicata, con un ordine nella disposizione dei vari accessori che è quasi un dispiacere togliererli dalla confezione. La dotazione è molto ricca, oltre al ferro da stiro sono presenti il manuale in varie lingue fra le quali l'italiano, un guanto termoisolante per poter manipolare il ferro senza il rischio di scottarsi le mani, un sacchetto in tela sintetica dove inserire il prodotto per la conservazione, unitamente ad una base di appoggio in materia plastica dove appoggiare temporaneamente il ferro da stiro durante l'utilizzo. Il funzionamento è molto semplice. è dotato di un serbatoio asportabile in grado di ospitare circa 1 bicchiere di acqua distillata (120 ml), e di una testina in ceramica ruotabile di 90 gradiper poter scegliere la direzione di stiratura. Una volta acceso, raggiunge rapidamente la temperatura di esercizio che può funzionare a secco (solo con stiratura a calore), oppure con stiratura a vapore con intensità di emissione bassa oppure alta. Vista la dimensione del serbatoio la capacità di stiratura varia in funzione della quantità di vapore emessa, che può comunque essere variata rapidamente tramite il pulsante di selezione. Il colore ricorda il rosa-fucsia della scatola, il cavo di alimentazione è piuttosto lungo consentendo una buona manovrabilità durante l'utilizzo, mentre la potenza assorbita è pari a 1 Kw, almeno fino al raggiungimento della temperatura di stiratura pari a circa 150 gradi centigradi, con un peso indicativo i circa 600 grammi ed un ingompro di meno di 30 cm. Personalmente mi ha molto impressionato sia per la qualità dei materiali che da l'idea di un prodotto serio e studiato a tavolino, sia per la praticità di utilizzo in ogni condizione, garantita dal riscaldamento rapido. Ovviamente non è inteso per l'utilizzo quotidiano, quanto piuttosto per la stiratura verticale di capi pronti da indossare o da mettere nell'armadio, oppure per quandi ci si trova in trasferta o vacanza. Il prezzo infine non è fra i prodotti più economici ma di intuisce da questo la fascia media ai quali questo prodotto appartiene.
