Great for a good flavor of maple for a maple glaze over chocolate chip scones.

I bought this with the intention of using it to mix in with Greek yoghurt (similarly to myprotein flavdrops). The taste is very bitter and tastes more like marmite or coffee than it does maple. I am sure this is fine in baking but do not buy it this is also your intention
