I installed the GPS Dash Cam Power Adapter, (5Pin Type E Connector) for an install in a 2019 Subaru Forester with the auto dimming mirror. The adapter fits the 5 pin connector for the mirror and the provided USB-C cable is pulled through an opening near the mirror to power the camera. The adapter was very easy to install and is a great solution for someone trying to avoid running a fuse tap cable.

Quality product, but did not fit a 2025 Subaru Forester, as advertised.

Installed in a 2025 Sienna, seems to work fine so far (it's been about 2 months). One unit was faulty but the vendor supplied a replacement in a timely manner.
