These are nice racks. I use them for cooling racks and for baking. The challenge is baking. These are stainless steel and have a nice gauge of wire and the bars are all parallel (versus woven/ criss-cross) so they are easy to clean and there is minimal sticking. My old racks are woven thinner gauge non stick which turns out, because of the design, that things like chicken stick to so it is hard to keep the meat or skin intact also making them hard to clean while protecting the "non stick" surface. The large one fist nicely into my standard size jelly roll pan, which is great for baking chicken thighs and other items that I want to spread out. I have not used them under the broiler but expect they will be fine. . So, performance, cleaning and variety of size makes this set of racks a great value.

I've used these over 50 times already since purchase for various tasks but mostly baking. They are absolutely fantastic. Durable, strong, easy to clean in a dishwasher and have held up to about 500 Degrees Farenheit so far. The various sizes are great, fits in a large variety of pans and on baking sheets. Excellent to raise meats and other foods off from the bottom of a pan so that fat and liquids will drain off during cooking. For the price, it's a great deal.

These are great and I use them all for one thing or another. Wish I had bought this pack in the first place - good quality, wash well in the dishwasher.

Repeat customer- These are the best baking and cooling racks I've used, super easy to clean, I bought the XL size. I love that I can cook on these (lift a chicken off the bottom of a pan) Its got a good thickness to them so the don't bend. My daughter loved them so much I just bought her a 4pc set of them.

PROS: - Even cooking across the sheet - Various sizes fit whatever pans are on hand - Great for cooling baked goods (smallest size is perfect for standard bread loaf) CON: - Cleanup is HORRID (details below) - Sheets were bent/uneven [Cleanup] The pictures and 'versatile' descriptions on the product page are definitely misleading... it implies that these racks can be used for cooling baked goods (cookies/muffin/bagels) as well as used for cooking/grilling of meats. However, these racks are not coated with anything and that means the meats and oils will stick to the struts and Every. Single. Crevice. I have made bacon on them in the oven three times now and whether still warm or cooled, soaked overnight or scrubbed right away, the cleaning process is long and arduous. Commit a toothbrush scrubber or a grill brush to this task. [Bent/Uneven] The feet for all three of the racks will not sit evenly and trying to bend the sheet so that all four feet make contact is an abysmal task. The first time I used the sheets for cookies I nearly catapulted one onto the floor when the sheet tipped. Overall impression: 3/5 stars. You get what you pay for... I will buy a non-stick coating sheet for my meats/grilling next time around and keep these for cooling purposes only.

Love them. They don't warp in oven. Dishwasher safe. Clean up beautifully. *I do spray avocado oil on them for oven use, and use Dawn Powerwash for clean up. I have this set of 4 and two other larger size. Recommended.

Just what i needed, they fit in my roaster, they're easy to clean. Perfectly serviceable kitchen tool!
