Extremely bitter. Did not like at all…almost undrinkable. I’ve tried and prefer the Mount Hagen and Clipper brand, much better.

I prefer dark roast coffee but I’m getting sensitive to the caffeine and acid. So I’ve been on a search for low acid and decaf instant coffees. Most of them have been disappointing, in both flavor and aroma. Boomi medium roast instant coffee is my new favorite. The aroma is not quite the punch dark roast is, but honestly what is? When you open the can the smell is not strong. It’s more nutty, but once you add hot water the aroma is very inviting. The flavor is rich, has some intensity but it is very smooth. I prepare my coffee with half and half and coconut sugar or raw sugar and cinnamon. The other reviews say it has no flavor but I suspect that’s all in the mix. The directions say one teaspoon for 6 oz of water. Most mugs are 10 0z or larger so it might be wise to get the measuring cup out to see how many cups your mug can hold. I cup = 8oz. I use two teaspoons in my 10 0z cup for a stronger brew. Now that I have only one mug of caffeinated coffee each day and I’m too lazy to brew it, Boomi coffee is very enjoyable. Now on to search for a decent decaf instant. Any suggestions anyone? Try it!

I am enjoying this Boomi coffee . Just ordering my 2nd can. I enjoy the ease and convenience of instant coffee and needed to fine a great one tested for mold . Boomi is a very good mold free instant coffee.

I'm literally addicted to this coffee, it's sooo good! I would prefer to make this instead of brewing a cup! But it's so expensive, I haven't been able to order in quite awhile, hope the prices come down one day!

The order arrived multiple times with dented containers but the coffee is good and thankfully Amazon did what they could to correct. I buy this as a gift for others who love their coffee so sounds like i will keep buying
