Great seasoning. Had to buy this online since it wasn't in stock at the store I bought it from last time and it still has barely a dent out of it even after months of frequent use.

I bought this to refi the 5oz bottle my Husband bought me. I use this on Everything! You can see in the picture my refilled bottle and how much is left in the large one I bought here. It is an amazing value for your money. It is just salty enough, just hot enough and just savory and flavorful enough. The quality is high, as I expect from Kingsford products. Dry rub chicken wings with this and let them marinate in a bag overnight in the refrigerator. The next day take them out let them come to room temp. Then bake them covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake them just enough to crisp the skin up but not burn them. Trust me on this one. They make Bangin' Chicken wings. And since they are baked, not fried and no breading they a more healthy option than fried buffalo wings.

This a cajun blend that's well blended, it has the perfect spice to salt balance. Good on chicken, jambalaya, pasta or anything you want to elevate the flavor profile of.

I have used several brands of Cajun spices including making my own from a Cajun cookbook. IMO, this one is among the best, and it is fairly priced. I like the level of spice being spicy but not hot, and the salt level is not high like some others I have tried. So, I have now settled on this one for my Cajun spice.

What a great food item . Have used for years but suddenly couldn’t find anywhere. Flavor is wonderful and the best Cajun spice .great for Cajun shrimp pasta ! Yum ! ⭐️🔥💥
