Simple to set up, and really comes with everything you need to start immediately. The instructions are detailed, which I appreciated. I did have a issue with initial connectivity from my desktop to the printer, but their after sales team was PHENOMINAL in helping. They remoted into my desktop and took care of it all for me, couldn't have been easier! Very pleased with customer service thus far. Because they helped get my settings perfect, it now prints like a dream.

I’ve had a bad experience with printer Explus. don’t make the mistake of buying it. I’ve had it for less than three months and it’s already not working. Customer service does respond, but the time difference makes it difficult—when it’s daytime here, it’s nighttime there. It’s very complicated. They expect me to fix the problem myself, and I’m not a technician. My issue is still unresolved.

I love the printer. At first I was having trouble to connect my computer with the machine. But punehod's costumer Service guid me through it. They were very helpful.

After several days of no technical support, I was finally contacted late last night. Worked with a very patient gentleman and we got the driver and software setup. I added the ink and film this morning and Jack contacted me this morning to make sure everything is working properly. Hopefully I will get a lot of good use out of this printer. Made my first DTF shirt. Turned out perfect.

From Montreal Quebec Canada, small business owner, got my printer last February. Spent many hours to find by myself the perfect adjustment and also I had an issue with my laptop not communicating with the printer. (FYI, the problem was that I was connecting my printer to my laptop with a USB adaptor. The printer must be connected directly to the laptop) . I wrote to the Printer technicien service throught What’app (as mentioned in the user book) and 2-3 days later (delay because it was a Holiday time for them - Happy Chinese New Year) I got answered and OMG what a great service. Buying any product is easy but the reputation of the company will be made mostly by the service after sell support. Through TeamViewer , the technicien was able to connect to my laptop, make the ajustements. I was also able to provide the printing result to him by sending a picture or a video. Since I’m new to that type of equipment I have contacted them 3 times and each time I’ve been treated so nicely and professionally . Thanks so much to Jack, Albert and Eason for your precious help, your tricks (that I will remember) and your follow up. Really in Good Hands with Explux.
