I’ve been looking for something less intrusive than a smartwatch, and this ring is exactly what I needed. It syncs smoothly with my phone and gives me clear insights into my daily health and sleep patterns. The data is easy to understand and actually helpful. Plus, the fact that there’s no subscription fee makes it even better.

Does a really excellent job tracking my sleep. Not so great at tracking steps, though.

Gorgeous ring! It fits perfectly. I love all of the options and health services this ring has to offer. It was working fantastic until it wasn't. I did not get a charging case with my ring. Im wondering if that has anything to do with it. I just have a short charge cord. Unfortunately, after a month, the ring stopped pairing with my smart phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, factory reset, rebooting my phone and contacting the seller. If this app bug could be worked out, I would give 5 stars.

Summary-DO NOT BUY You get what you pay for… cheap ring=cheap functionality. My review is being squelched! It is not being shared the same as positive reviews. This device is horrible! Sizing is off. I measured multiple trines to their directions and it is still too big. I wear it on a different finger. Sport tracking is inconsistent. It randomly shuts off during exercise or won’t register the time or duration at all. Not a usable function. Blood oxygen and pulse rate seem to be close to accurate (tested against doctor readings concurrently.) Blood pressure reading is no where near accurate. Honestly didn’t expect it to be. If you are hoping this will help you monitor blood pressure, don’t waste the money. Sleep tracking seems ok, but may be a little generous with time. It starts “light sleep” as soon as I lay down. It is thick and not a pretty ring. It feels clunky. Color is more of a brass than gold. Am I using it? Yes… for now. But I don’t expect it to last long.

First let me start on the quality. It's not bad, it's light feels well made enough. Very resistant to water. I was able to shower, wash my hands ect, no problem. The metal around the outside of the ring feels low quality but fine. The fit isn't fantastic, I had the right size but even still it's so bulky. I really can't fult the ring for that as it is a smart tracking ring but I wouldn't buy another of any brand just based on how bulky and uncomfortable it is. The case is nice, the ring snaps right in via magnets and begins charging immediately. Connecting via the app and Bluetooth worked perfectly as well. My issue comes in the form of the actual tracking. It's horrible! I do walk a lot for my job, far more then the average person in a day for sure but 37,000 steps? I think not, this averaged out to over 20 miles. On top of that, I actually made my stride longer then the app suggested fearing the steps would be off. I increased them by half a foot to 3 feet. What would my steps have been if I had kept it at 2.5? In my opinion this result calls into question every other stat this ring shows you in the app. Unfortunately, I think this thing is very poorly optimized and is picking up a lot of false steps, it's a shame for an otherwise pretty good product. But because of that I highly recommend you stay away.

Getting sizing right without ordering a sizing kit is a bit tricky. Battery life is great. Has stayed consistently connected to my phone after downloading the app, which doesn’t require a subscription like the “brand.” Has surprisingly held up with hand washing. All tracking seems to accurate except for sleep. I wake up several times during the night and actually get up and walk around. The ring does not register this. It tracks that I have slept all night. :/ Other than that, not bad for the price.
