This product lists talcum as an ingredient (excipient).  Talcum is a carcinogen.  Should we be concerned?

The products listed in one of the answers is incomplete. The actual package, both on photos of the package and the package in my pantry, list talc (magnesium silicate) as an ingredient. It states that the amount is 6 mg.

It is misleading to list the ingredients and leave the one the questioner is concerned about out as if to say it doesn't contain it, so don't worry. I doubt the author of the question believes the list, since the box itself that contains the pills does list it.

Does Mukta Vati contain lead or arsenic or mercury (or any other toxic materials)?

Hi, Your question is very valid as this metal is toxic and affects kidney largely. Honestly speaking we don't have any report of such toxic metal availability in Divya Mukta vati. Secondly it is widely promoted and used in USA in-fact all over the world but there is no such problem in India too. Because if there is any trace of such metal than Indian regulatory must not have allowed to sell such products. But once again let me tell you i am as a trader don't have any report which say's there is toxic metal or not.Thank you

Mutka vati - amazon lists a 60 tab for about 7.95 and a 120 tab for $9 something - is there a potency/dosage difference or why large price difference?

Are the 60 tabs and 120 tabs manufactured by the same company?  Are each size of the boxes sold by the same store?  Also, are both 2X per day?  The 120 tab box is a 60 day supply.  Divya Mukta Vati, 120 tabs, are 300mg and are a mixture of herbs with names written in Hindi.  I'm not familiar with the 60 tab product.  I take the Divya Mukta Vati by Divya Pharmacy (the brown box shown) and have been pleased with the results.  Good luck!!

Does this product show up on a drug test?

No, it’s not a drug. I was tested by my doc for some reason and it doesn’t show up. It’s great for regulating blood pressure and over all well being.
