I like to freeze them so that it is more like ice cream. But, the main reason I bought them is because my personal trainer recommended that I increase my protein to support muscle growth. These have 30 grams of protein at only 150 calories which is crazy great. Plus, only 2 grams of sugar and they are lactose free for those of us intolerant like myself. Delicious and incredible to help get in my protein for the day. Couldnโt be any easier to use - I just shake and keep in fridge. Itโs like a desert! A little pricey but works so well for protein boost.

My go to breakfast. Tastes amazing and is super filling.

This tastes has consistency of regular chocolate milk . I hate that chalky taste in other protein drinks . This one does not have that .
