This is a great product I bought it to help with my weight loss journey to help count and keep portion control great system also gives how much you can eat and a list of different foods that’s safe and healthy so your not worried about falling off diet. I love that it already has the measuring marked so your not second guessing and writing down wrong info. Also good recipes and easy to follow highly recommended try it out

The red protein “3/4 cup” is not actually the stated capacity. It’s at best 2/3 cup, which is not trivial when you’re talking reduced calorie plans. You’re short at least one ounce of protein in each red cup. The rest are accurate, seal well, stack well, and are easily hand washed. If it weren’t for the measurement error, I’d give them 5 stars.
