Which model is the best for flat feet? blue or green?

Start with blue. The support of the green can be too much for flat feet at times.

Has anybody tried these in ballet flats?

I use the 3/4 superset for my ballet flats. Unfortunately, they raise my heel so my ballet flats do not fit as well, but my feet are significantly happier at the end of a long work day-the trade off is completely worth it. FYI- I am on my feet for an average of 8-10 hours per day on a cement floor. Seriously. I noticed a huge difference. My feet felt significantly better at the end of my day using the 3/4 superfeet in my ballet flats.

Does this move around under your feet? I currently have dr. Sholls and main issue i have is they move around making it feel very uncomfortable

These move more than my Dr. Scholls. The Dr Scholls worked better for me. The blues hurt my feet.

How would the blue insole work with running shoes?

The blue insoles have worked great in my running shoes. I trimmed the toe of the insole just enough for a good fit. This is actually where I got introduced to Superfeet. I had problems with my flat feet and went to a running shoe store. They fit me with a better shoe for my needs, but also suggested these insoles. I agreed and they trimmed them to fit my new shoes. Since then I have been able to run longer distances and my feet feel much better with no down times from sore flat feet.

Buen soporte para pie plano

Perfectas para mis Brooks Ghost max 3, creí que tendría que recortarlas pero no. Aparte de eso, no me rozan la, zona de apoyo del dedo gordo y no tienen nada que envidiar a las del podologo. Hay diferentes colores según el grado de pie plano que tengas.

Great in my running shoes.

I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

Great value foot saver

I walked the full Larapinta trail (over 230km including side trips) with these and didn’t get a single blister. Highly recommended.
