Is there a minimum age for a toddler to use?

Children need to be able to swish and spit, so mouthwash for children is not recommended before the age of 6.  Occasionally, younger children will be given medicinal mouthwash prescribed by a dentist.  If you are on a municipal water supply, fluoride is already added to the water in levels determined to be safe by the EPA.  Well water does not  have Fluoride so you should consulate with your dentist or pediatrician or family physcian on the best way to make sure your child(ren) have the amount of fluoride they need to help prevent tooth decay.

Where is this mouthwash manufactured? I cant find the country of origin in the product description.

Why does it matter? Water quality. As well as knowing if it is a US product. Amazon doesn’t always know where these products are from. This could be made in China for all we know & sold to look like the real product.

How is it alcohol free when the #1 inactive ingredient is alcohol?

Benzyl Alcohol. Although the term “alcohol” is used in the name, it does not contain any ethanol, the volatile alcohol found in alcoholic beverages and mouthwash products, and may be present in products that are considered alcohol free. in chemistry the term alcohol is used more broadly to describe many organic compounds that share a common functional group, even though the materials themselves all behave very differently. These “alcohols” include aromatic alcohols like benzyl alcohol and fatty alcohols like stearyl alcohol that may be present in consumer products labeled as alcohol free .  Hope this helps.
