Where is this product made?

I was originally introduced to Rejuvenating Glycolic Complex 20% by a dermatalogist in my area. She suggested I use 10% and work up to 20%. It is pricey - I am currently paying approx. $80 for l.9oz. So I decided to try Amazon, which I did, and I did like it, and it was less than what I had been paying for the original one I was using. The one from the dermatologists, Dr. Shauna Diggs, is under her private label. Hope this helps.

What is the ph level?

I purchased this product specifically because of the advertised pH of 3.7. Product I received was over 5 and seller did not return my telephone call.
