Wow!!! I'm still discovering what this keyboard is capable of. Great sound. Not a toy.

This keyboard is amazing!!! I saw this keyboard on youtube and it got great review. I checked reviews on amazon and they were good. When I put the stand and seat, peddle together (sold seperate) I was amazed how it sounded just like piano. The keys felt good also. There r fun settings you can play around with. I would reccomend this keyboard to anyone that wants to learn piano or already knows piano. For 300. You will get your money's worth. Looks really professional. You wont be disappointed.

Did a lot of research on YouTube, needed the best bang for my buck. This popped up I was gonna get the 5000, this was more cost effective. This is definitely high quality, kinda heavy so you know you really got your money’s worth. Keys feel great and is pressure sensitive. Many many options on sounds, rhythms, beats. You get so many advanced options this will last you for a really long time from all the things you can do with it. The sound seems very high quality, can hear the deeper bass and good treble. I really don’t think you could go wrong by buying this. It could probably rival the 600 dollar and up category. If your a beginner or intermediate this is a great choice. Even advanced pianist would find this more than enjoyable. I ordered the bundle kit so it came with the keyboard stand, seat, and dvd. My dvd was smashed in pieces when I opened the box. Not a big deal since I just learn off of YouTube anyways.

This is a good keyboard and a nice bundle. The stand took a few minutes to figure out because no instructions were included to put it together -- not even a picture. I went online and found a video.

Great sound. My only disappointment was that the package did not include a music sheet rest, which would have made it seem complete. To be clear, the package was NOT advertised with a music sheet rest, but I didn't notice that since the rest of the package seemed to make a complete setup.

Have had several Casio products which were good and this is another one. Any derogatory comments here are largely due to my expectations and not to a fault in the equipment. This is a synthesizer, and I seldom like synthesizer sound. Bought it to get something that sounds like an electric organ, and hopefully also enough like a piano to be tolerable, and out of the box, this is not it. It has hundreds of 'voices' preprogrammed, and many adjustments for customizing the sound if that is what you are looking for, but I would have preferred for them to spend more time optimizing just one or two voices. Out of the box, most of the voices sound ok on part of the keyboard (an octave or two) but start sounding bad (tinny at the high end, uneven volume between notes at either end, or just not the same sound as the middle of the keyboard). I would venture to guess that by spending a lot of time customizing the sound one could get it to sound good, if that's how you want to spend your time. I prefer to spend my time playing and so I don't end up using it very much. The keys have a good feel to them. Not full weighted keys, but pretty good, and the touch response is one of this instrument's better features. The touch sensing is also adjustable.

Love this Casio CTX-3000 keyboard! Sound quality is great! This is more than a beginner’s keyboard, but I love all the features it has- I’m enjoying my piano/keyboard lessons on this!

I Love my Casio! It is mid-size so it's perfect for revisiting my lessons. Great for beginners!
