I like the body wash but this BURNS your EYES so badly. I bought it, didn’t start using until a few days ago as I was finishing up another product. It actually hurt my eyes so badly! I was bummed and reached out to Amazon customer service. Though past the return window, I hoped Amazon would stabd by this potentially dangerous to some product. If anyone else’s eyes burned like mine did for quite a while after use, I think other people should be aware! Long story short, the first two associates I chatted with were ready to give me a refund but I was pulled from the chat because of normal daily tasks like—taking care of my kiddos! By the time I would come back to the chat, the associate had ended the conversation. The third associate I spoke to within the space of about 45 minutes suddenly changed the story and suddenly I can no longer get a refund?! Bad customer service! Train all your associates on policy, Amazon! And if you have anywhere near sensitive eyes (I don’t!?!) stay away from this product.
