No. Just magnesium and oils. I love this product! I use it whenever I’m having trouble falling asleep or have leg cramps. It’s a great product.

What is in this product that's not in the betteryou magnesium original spray?

Hi, this product has the following ingredients: Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (28% concentration) and the essential oils Grape Seed, Bergamot, Chamomile, Clary Sage whereas the original spray just has 31% Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate as the only ingredient. スプレーサプリ、意外といいかも

夜中に起こるこむら返りはマグネシウム欠乏のせいだと知り、マグネシウムのサプリを購入。 2週間ほどでこむら返りはあまり起きなくなったが経口摂取より肌から摂取したほうが吸収力が高まると知りスプレーに変える。サプリとの差はそれほど感じないがスプレーのほうが朝起きた時の目覚めのすっきり感があるかな。
