I am a first time 3D printer user. As expected there was a learning curve at first. Assembly was not too hard. I tried to fallow some YouTube videos. Many had their own versions of beginning adjustments, and tricks to delay breakdowns. It ended up, that I took about twice as long assembling it as was advertised. I have owned it for about 1-month now. I have printed 20 objects. When the adjustments were correct, and the program compatible, the printer worked well. (I adjusted the speed a bit slower. The “print head changed directions so fast, that I did not have a solid enough table to stop vibrations.) There was one thing that puzzled me. Using the exact same Gcode. program and printing the same part one right after the other, the parts ended being about .05mm different in size. I like the self leveling feature, and the ease of use of the printer in general. I don’t know what other machines are on the market, but I’m impressed that the machine that I got has worked so well at such a reasonable price.

Definitely a really good printer to start out using. I now have three printers and I use creality HI printer, and this printer and I do like this print on how I can adjust the settings more than on the Creality HI printers bought during Black Friday on sale so for the money, it is really good and it is decently easy to use. You do have to take out the SD card and put it back in but for a budget friendly printer this is a good start and the auto leveling works amazing. My brother has used printers before and not had luck with auto leveling but this auto leveling is amazing. Definitely would buy this again and recommend it to people the print speed is what you make it and it is good price. Definitely check it out.

So far, not liking. It had little physical assembly, but the instructions were not clear on positioning on a cord so I had to fix that mistake. I have only been able to print the model it came loaded with which is a dumb shovel. I have not had any luck in printing anything new because the printer wont read any files that are not gcode. I also can not connect to my phone or computer because reality cloud wont detect any devices. I have searched online for help and am still stuck. I am frustrated and extremely unsatisfied. I have some what comfortable with technology as I am a millennial and I still cant figure this out. I feel like only an experienced tech person could figure this out. I bought this for my 11 yo, so at this point if I cant figure it out I will be sending it back.

GRAND SLAM. I expected to do a lot of calibration. I was WRONG. this device was delivered with 0.05 mm acuracy when I printed the calibrate cube. Use the Creality filament if you want the results. BTW, it comes with 20 meteres PLA to play with! Creality Print is fairly intuitive. Could be some better help there, but I'm used to CAD software in the first place. USE CREALITY crap if you want results. Calibration is meant for generic filament. Do your self a favor, BUY ccreality, and PRINT instead of farting around with settings!

I've used this thing for so many things around my house now. There's a 3D print in every corner of the house now. It's pretty quiet and was very impressive for it's price. Great for people like me who are just getting into 3D printing

Bought this printer in October for Christmas for my daughter. We started using it Christmas week. Until about a month ago. Went to turn it on and it was stuck in auto z offset. I opened a ticket with Creality to get some help. The instruction they provided were hard to understand and follow. Finally made some headway, they sent a new mother board and an axial cooling fan which fixed the printer for about 2 hours. Shortly later I got a loud tone and error saying the nozzle temp was too cool. Tried to navigate to a different screen but it’s not an option so the printer is down again. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this printer any longer as parts fail after a few months and support isn’t great or very useful.

I received my order before Christmas and printed a couple of projects. Before I had it 2 full days, The screen was blue and would not react. It gave no options to fix it. I looked up customer support and was told to watch youtube videos to solve my problem. I thought it was a an issue of that printer so I returned it and ordered a second one. I have used it for 10 days and it printed beautifully. It is quiet and did just what I needed it to do. I turned it on today to print and was welcomed with the dreaded blue screen again. I tried updating the firmware again but can not fix it. I do not recommend this printer. I do hope to find one that is just as quiet , though.

Quando o produto chega, der uma boa calibrada nela, procure um vídeo no YouTube sobre calibração perfeita dela, vai ser difícil um pouquinho só, pra mim foi pq essa é a primeira impressora 3d, mais eu destrave no primeiro dia, muito fácil de monta e de mexe mais fácil ainda, tudo quer for fazer, pesquisem sobre

Recebi a impressora antes do prazo previsto e ela veio em perfeito estado. Já usei ela para imprimir várias peças, como utilidades ou presentes. Estou muito contente com minha compra.

Ela é ótima e funciona muito bem! Já vou fazer uns 3 meses que tô com ela, e como podem ver, já fiz uma penca de upgrade nela! (Ela vem zerada,eu que fiz as modificações nela a parte!)

Boa pra quem está começando, assim como eu. Precisei do suporte nas primeiras semanas e fui atendido de prontidão e meu “problema” resolvido

Nunca consegui imprimir uma sequência de peças, o bico ja veio corroído de fabrica, trocaram. Depois o problema começou na extrusora, comprei duas nova (1 de reserva), instalei e nao puxa o filamento direito e ainda depois de instalar a nova peça, agora esta dando problema no CR touch, algo que ate então não tinha dado problema. Meu pior gasto..
