This version of the playdoh dentist set has hand powered drill that is sized for small hands. Push a button to make the drill spin a little bit. My copy of the drill is a bit sticky and doesn’t turn in a satisfying way. There is at least one other version, perhaps older and discontinued, that has a battery powered drill. The battery powered drill is much more satisfying to use.
