This is a great little item, especially for about £50. The built is based on the music centre from a bygone era. Obviously from the price it is not a top end Hi-Fi system but performs exceptionally well. If you want to play your vinyl records or cassette tapes then this is for you. It has quite nice sound from the built in stereo speakers with the added option of using headphones via a 3.5mm stereo jack socket or feeding line out to a separate amplifier via 2 x phono (RCA) output sockets. There is also a line in via a 3.5mm stereo jack socket to feed in an external aux source. There is also the facility to transfer your records or tapes to either a USB stick or SD card. This is very easy to do simply by pressing the record and then stop buttons. Once you press record it takes a few seconds to start recording, however the USB icon on the front starts to flash when recording starts - so a bit of careful timing required, nothing too difficult !!!!!! The only slight drawback is that it only records MP3 files at 128Kbps, so a higher bitrate would be nice. However, you could feed from the line out into a computer if you have the correct setup. The cassette player is quite basic as it has no rewind, pause or record (to record onto tape) function. However, as a tape player, it has a good sound quality and plays - fast forwards fine. The analogue radio receiver works as expected and is dependant on reception in your area - but nice and clear. FM/FM Stereo/AM reception, with search or manual tuning. There is no recording facility to USB/SD Card from the Radio function. The build quality is nice. It also comes with a 45 single converter (if your 45's have the centre removed) and a spare stylus. It took me right back to my youth. All in all a very nice unit and I would highly recommend it.

I’m very happy with this recorder have a nice design vitange. Many function USB card reader tape disc and remote control aswel . Good quality sound and very clear and aswel easy to use.

SEEMS TO WORK AS ADVERTISED. SOUND O.K. BUT NOT MUCH BASE OR VOLUME BUT GOOD FOR CONVERTING MY OLD RECORD ALBUM COLLECTION TO MP3 FORMAT TO PLAY ON OTHER PLAYERS FOR BETTER SOUND QUALITY . EQUALIZER FUNCTION HELPS A LITTLE. HANDY AND COMPACT FOR AN EXTRA AUDIO DEVICE ABOUT THE HOUSE.

Sounded great for a few days. Very happy....then the sound cut out halfway through 'wont get fooled again' and hasn't returned since. Wouldn't bother buying this really. Wish I hadn't dumped my 80's music center.

This record player looks very retro. But there's a lot of functionality. It has bluetooth capability and can play music wirelessly via Bluetooth devices. It also converts vinyl records to MP3 directly on a usb flash drive or SD card without a computer. Enjoy the music.

Simple to use , relativly good sound from small speakers, good value for money

great for downloading old vinyl records and cassettes into mp3 format.great value,you can also attach cd player and copy onto memory card or stick,would recommend highly.

Works like a charm. I always wanted a vinyl player, but the added SD card and Bluetooth compatibility is really convenient since I don't have that many vinyls yet
