Very good no problems
I wanted to try these as I have eczema and food intolerances and apparently the gut plays a big part in your skin etc .. I’ve had no problems at all since taking these everyone has said my skin looks good and my digestive system feels good the only new thing I’ve noticed is I get more gas than I used too so I’m guessing it’s doing its job :-)

Good quality probiotic
I've been using these probiotics for quite a while now and I think they made a difference to my gut health. I stopped taking them whilst away on holiday and I suffered with IBS symptoms after a week and a half or so, may not be related but I'm not willing to risk it!
