I’ve had a Vw transporter for 3 years, never been able to communicate with the obd port I’ve tried several scanners, but the obd eleven 3 is a game changer it connects instantly I had 18 fault codes now I’ve non , absolute bargain purchase, you can even turn on hidden features that I didn’t know my van had 🤗

Avoid, this device was ok on initial use then anytime after its forcing me to update the device via the app that fails 9/10 times it takes me a lot of attempts just to use the basic read and check for faults surely you should have the option not to update and just check a fault. It’s a pay wall system if they can’t track every move then the device becomes a brick Wouldn’t recommend no support at all even with premium

Amazing. Fixed the sos call error within minutes. Definitely keeping this, it’s handy. VW wanted £250 diagnostic fee before even investigating the issue even though i made it clear the fault appeared immediately after software update (common on id3) they refused to listen. obdeleven…don’t leave your house without it. Highly recommend. If anyone else experienced the same issue on an id3 remember you need to buy this eith pro subscription otherwise it won’t work. You need access to the Telematics module 75 in order to reset it. Thankfully this cane with a 12 month pro subscription + 100 bonus credits for £111 after the discounts is great value for what it can do. Saved myself £250+ really from going to VW.

Bought this to turn off the SOS fault on VW T6.1 and it worked a treat. VW wanted £250 to fix this. Absolutely worth the money.

I would definitely recommend purchasing this. It’s intuitive to use and does exactly what it states. Managed easily to reset the oil and inspection warnings on my Audi TT Mk 3, and change the timing parameters. If you do your own servicing, it pays for itself and is good value

although seems well built, sometimes the Bluetooth connection is not working, also some customization are using german language which makes impossible the using of these

Buy this if you have a newer Volkswagen. I have a 2020 VW Jetta SEL and if you know what that is or if you have one, you know that you run into a stupid problem at least once a year that requires bringing it to a shop who will charge you well over a grand to fix. My cruise control completely stopped working along with other things connected to a sensor behind the grille. Nothing was wrong with the sensor, I was just driving and it shut down on me completely. I was quoted about $1200 to have this fixed. Instead I bought this scanner and I paid $5 inside the app to recalibrate my cruise control. Within 5 seconds, it was fixed, it works, and all the lights on the dash disappeared. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR VW CARS

I am using it for my Passat b7 2.0 tdi 177 km 4 motion . So far I can read all the failures, reset them , reset oil change , check the mileage in the modules . It’s connecting pretty fast . I’m still learning coding but I can still activate some features so I’m positively surprised . For that price if u are using it few times a year only on your car it’s 100% worth it . I’m just highly recommending this device . I’ve got a comparison with the cheaper ones and they are no way near as good as obdeleven!

Jag rekommenderar starkt att man inte köper OBDeleven och att man inte litar på deras löften. Min erfarenhet är att produkten inte levererar det som utlovas och att man riskerar att förlora både tid och pengar. Jag betalade totalt 500€ (200€ för enheten från Amazon och 300€ för Ultimate-planen) för funktioner som helt enkelt inte fungerade, trots många försök. Dessutom kräver nästan varje aktivering ytterligare betalningar, vilket inte framgår tydligt innan köpet. Det värsta av allt är deras support. Jag kontaktade dem flera gånger men fick aldrig något svar. Man står helt ensam när något strular. Min tydliga rekommendation är: Köp inte OBDeleven. Lita inte på deras marknadsföring. Risken att bli grundlurad är mycket hög.
